Dr. Bryant is a Fortune 100 executive of Associate Experience, where she focuses on leading the continuous improvement of associate engagement, culture, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and overall organizational effectiveness through 4 key areas: enablement, inclusion, engagement, and people leadership.

Eunice Gwanmesia is an award-winning thought leader with more than 20 years of success as a registered nurse (RN), professor, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) advocate. Through countless publications and speaking engagements, She has encouraged people to transform their thinking about communication, finding purpose, activating passion, and valuing DE&I in the workplace.

She has received numerous awards for her work, including recognition among “Delaware Black Women Leaders-Past, Present & Future” (Sankofa Cultural Arts Center, 2022), “Top Ten Most Inspiring Woman in Delaware” (Teakettica, 2020), and “Worldwide Leader in Healthcare and Top Nurse in Delaware” (International Nurses Association, 2018).

Iris Wright is an Eastern Shore Native, who resides in Newport News, Virginia. She owns several businesses in the City where she lives. She is married with four children. She recently started a Nonprofit called Caring Hearts Foundation. She has been an advocate for the senior communities.

Jacqueline Bonner Sinclair proudly served Jamaica Defense Force (JDF) for 10 years. She is the founder of Touch and Restored, a non-profit, based in Tamarac, Florida with a focus on battered women and abused children. Jacqueline’s goal is to always encourage individuals to be the best they can be and to embrace the simple things in life.

Joan T. Randall is an international speaker, award-winning multi-best-selling author, business coach, and independent publisher. She is president of Joan T. Randall Enterprise LLC, Founder of Victorious You Press, and Creator of the Intensive Academy’s Book 2 Business & Beyond.

She is an evolution engineer, empowering individuals to activate a growth mindset in the core areas of their life. KaSandra Gibson from Goddess Wellness. KaSandra started making natural self-care aromatherapy products for her grand daughter's sensitive skin in 2019. She began to make all of the products that she used for her body- bath and shower salts, body balms, lip balms, hair oil for my dreads, deodorant, natural pain relief blends, bug repellent blends, and vaginal products.

Kenyatta Powers-Rucker is the first African American female to hold the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS). She functions as a senior-level technology executive combining project management, technical expertise, and business proficiency to develop, execute, and manage strategic, statewide technology projects for the Department.
