Cathy Staton brings with her over twenty years of leadership development experience. She is a self-published author, visionary, Christian counselor, motivational speaker, philanthropist, and life and business coach.

Her cutting-edge life skill strategies and uncompromising integrity are the hallmarks of her services to help women find their voice and use life's stumbling blocks to rebuild their lives. Cathy serves as a domestic violence and sexual assault advocate who provides messages of hope, encouragement, empowerment, and inspiration. She is the founder of My Help My Hope Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that assists women and children in crisis situations.



The vision to serve as an advocate in the journey for self-care, mindfulness and love from the "inside out" was planted in the heart of Cheryl Jordan, Founder and Director of Rebecca’s House Foundation after the passing of her mother Rebecca Smith-Andoh, in April 2007. Her mother's 35-year career as a social worker left an impactful footprint in her school district and the Illinois Board of Education that highlighted the unique needs of children of color that influenced changes in the classroom.

Cheryl Jordans mission and desire is to offer experiences that elevate, empower and harness mindfulness in girls and women through the use of art as the activity in creative, fresh, and relevant ways.



Donna L Thompson, is a Clinical Informatics Specialists who enjoys teaching and coaching individuals to attain their full potential. Donna is a member of the Paleontology Association of Georgia and The Georgia Lupus Foundation in Georgia. She is a Consultant for A&J General Contractor Inc, a Mom-preneur and Co-founder of DBL&DLT Creations founded in 2019.




Donna Murrell’s passion for fashion and modeling began at the age of seventeen. Her dream was to become a professional runway model; a dream which she accomplished after attending Barbizon School of Modeling. She immediately began her career by representing Barbizon on billboards and becoming a runway and acting instructor.


Donna at the age of 23, began her Modeling Agency and formed a modeling troupe that prepared models for fashion show opportunities. Her agency was awarded Agency of the Year by IMTA in New York City. She began producing fashion shows for major retail stores and fashion organizations throughout the United States. Also featured in numerous newspaper and magazine publications, sharing her career accomplishments in the modeling industry.



Davetta Henderson is a native of Washington, DC, still residing in the DMV area. She has a B.S. Degree in Organizational Management and has a successful professional career in Human Resources in the areas of Compensation, Benefits and HR Systems. Beyond God, Family, and Corporate America, Davetta is a multipreneur. She is committed to being her authentic self with a focus on her diverse passions and God-given gifts.


Davetta inherited a love for writing from her mother—a published poet. Davetta is a published author. Her first book—The Seed-The Soil-The Sower—is the introduction of a soon-to-be released, five-book series which explores our ability to reap God’s spiritual harvest. She is also co-author in two Bestselling anthologies, Step Into Leadership Greatness and We All Grieve Differently.





Dr. Karen Stallings was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. As a young person, she was always interested in politics, civil rights, and community service. Her nick name in high school was Angela Davis, as she longed to turn the world upside down, challenging racism, and being part of a generation that would work toward creating a more equal and fair society. Her role models were Shirley Chisholm, Barbara Jordan and her own mother, Constance Rowley, who taught her the worth and value of being an African American young lady who could do anything she set her heart and mind out to do.


Dr. K graduated from high school, and attended the BEST and FIRST Historical Black College, Lincoln University, located in Lincoln Pennsylvania. She continued in her quest of serving others as she graduated with a degree in sociology. She received her Masters in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and a Doctorate of Arts In Marriage and Family Therapy Studies from Eastern University located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

Presently, She is on a ‘Divine” quest to merge Mental health and Spirituality. It is her belief that churches must have cultures that are conducive to encouraging wellness, Mind, Body and Soul.
